A little vague, but yes, it’s worth more than face.
Photos would help. Is it 1928 or 1928A or B or C or D or E or F or G ? What is the complete serial number including any suffix of prefix letters ?

Maybe $20 to the right buyer, 28G, last of the 1928 series before they printed the 1953, there are a ton of them... yours is decent, paper is toned, a few folds but high VF I'd think, nothing truly special but still, not something the lady at McDonalds hands you back in change either...
