Anyone familiar with this? Test positive as pure gold and weighs 1/4 oz. Can find anything about it.

Neat medal / token.
Closest I found was this silver one that also lacks in concrete information, but the seller seems to think HH can be Heinz Hoyer: https://worthpoint.com/worthopedia/german-medal-res-aeterna-signum-475733584
The reverse with RES AETERNA SIGNUM SALUTIS NUMMIS MUNDI around five circled heraldic eagles and lions seems have been used in a number of other medals / tokens. None of the ones I saw online give any additional information.
Here's a neat one with the same reverse in the Royal Collection that was gifted to QEII commemorating her visit to Germany in 1965: https://rct.uk/collection/444991/germany-medal-commemorating-the-state-visit-of-h-m-the-queen-to-germany-1965
Some other examples with different obverses:

Surprisingly, searching for Hanlegulden only brings up a few results. Here's a silver medal with the same obverse and a different reverse:

You can try reaching out to Munzen Medaillen to see if the Heinz Hoyer thing is accurate:

Helpful... thanks. Interesting that the only gold one is the one presented to the Queen. Will keep researching.
Very nice, I like it !!!
Great research!
But, I don't think the word is "Hanlegulden" as the "l" in Gulden is shaped differently than the first letter. Maybe that first letter is an old time "s"? If you Google "Hansegulden" there are lots of relevant hits.
Very helpful. thanks!!
