Date of grade?

How can you tell when a card was graded if not based on the serial number? The online verification does not include date of grade, which I thought it did at one time, but I was probably imagining it.

No there isn't a date that will tell you when a card was certified and never was.
You can get a date range in some cases based on the style label . Check out the link in my signature for the History of the PSA label.
