Pic is blurry.

The missing “E” could be caused by a grease filled die or someone tooled it out.

Grease filled die would be a Mint error.

If someone did it then it’s PMD.

Either way, it’s a show and tell cent. Put it in a flip to keep or spend it.

“Printing” is done on paper.

There also appears to be something in the field in between the E and U. Clearer pics of the area would be helpful.
