@BrettPCGS @HeatherBoyd Can we get some clarification on how this will be applied moving forward? Will this be available for all 2019 coins? Just from certain special sets from the mint? Will the PL designation be available for previous year coins?
Found a thread that was asking about starting the PL designation around Jan 19. Looks like it is happening.

PCGS has graded modern coins as PL at their discretion over the last decade, notably the 2009 UHRs and 2014s Anniversary set silver. This year the mint is producing some modern products that are clearly PL, and we are grading them as such.
There is no change in SOP in grading these coins. Thanks

Nice going MAS!
I assume the coin came from the #2 Kids set?
We personally found that cents and dimes in particular came PL from these sets. Not to the degree of the Rocketship sets by any means - but, across a wide spectrum of no PL coins to PL coins. Much less so for the nickels, but PLs might be possible. And, the depth of PL is generally not as deep on these coins as it can be on the RS 50C. But, the Mint certainly made it interesting, once again!
I should have a fairly large order coming back from PCGS in the next two days as well.
One thing for certain- the cost of locating great quality specimens of these cents, nickels and dimes is NOT guaranteed to be cheap. Start with (300) sets for example and submit the best MS coins and after grading fees, you have maybe as much as $10,000 cost in the project. Meanwhile the “reject” MS coins from each set are worth a little over 16 cents! And not a whole lot more for those 3 proofs! Lol (sets can be reassembled and sold around or a little below mint cost if the proofs are not harmed).
Just my 2 cents.

Op’s, 722799 probably didn’t have the discovery paraphernalia with it?
