2013 $1 star note with rev doubling

Partial image of the bottom of obv is printed on the lower margin of rev, "One Dollar - engraving - corner circle of 1". Obv is unremarkable . What is this error called? Thanks. Peace Roy

    Apologies but I don't see the doubling. I do see parallel linework from a generous amount of ink that bled through to the back during second printing pass. Note is way out of registry vertically

    It looks like what would happen from being stacked. Ink transferred from the sheet on top of it. This is not as unusual as it looks.

    Common, offset as mentioned above.
