Examining raw wax packs before purchase from/selling to the public or a dealer.

What is a fair amount of time for each example? Reason I ask is at shows the time limit seems to vary from dealer to dealer. Obviously through internet transactions this is a moot point.

I'm not sure what you're asking. Are you saying some dealers at card shows will only let you examine a wax pack for a certain period of time before asking you to put it back? If that's the case, then I would say, "Lol, bye."
