FAKE ICG Coin offered on eBay? Please tell me before I buy.

Is this a fake ICG holder? I do not find the cert number where it should be? Thanks for your assistance BEFORE I pull the trigger.

    The cert # is covered by a sticker from a dealer or auction house. You could ask the seller for a photo of the reverse holder without the sticker. At first glance the coin looks genuine but may have been cleaned the holder looks fine also with what I can see of it.

    Thanks for the help. I messaged asking that he remove the sticker and send the cert # to me.
