What is the longest you have ever waited for a 1 card sub to pop?

I have one that was logged in on 12/31/18 that is still sitting there collecting dust. It is a BGS cross-over so there shouldn't be much research required from the spec department.

    Wow that's a long time unless they have to do some serious research on your card, BTW what service level do you use?

    i used the regular service level. dual auto and card grade so that may explain some...but not completely as i had other cards under the same level that logged at the same time pop over a month ago. i will call CS on Monday.

    Finally got back a 103 day sub logged 11/12/18
    10 Dual grade autos that were already Red flip authenticated.
    2nd call in, I was told that I would be issued vouchers accordingly for the extreme delay in service......NO vouchers
    This was a real let down sub experience for me

    Same experience. 108 day sub logged 11/5/18. Was told vouchers would be issued for the delay. No vouchers. They have been working Saturdays to clear back log. So, how many days????

    Just called CS and got right on w a Rep
    Actually was 107 days and she just put the request for vouchers in for me now
    Should receive them early May as they process them all at the end of each month
    Frown now upside down!

    Yeah, I talked to a rep yesterday that was very helpful. While I'm still waiting for my sub to ship, she said to call after I get it to request vouchers. Hoping I get a bunch!! LOL!

    There is not a more loyal PSA proponent than me but there is NO WAY I sub in this environment. PSA has got to invest in a real plan to fix this.

    Quality takes time to be PSA advocate but come on and fix this.
