Who is MCG COIN Grading?

Saw a coin on eBay in a MCG holder complete with grade. I was interested but...

I didn't know that they were ebay approved first, and second, I am not familiar with them. Who are they and are they trusted for grading? Thanks for any help.

    IMO

    Big two: PCGS and NGC
    Next: ANACS and ICG

    Then all others.

    Especially watch out and avoid basement slabbers.
