Is there a list or database with high end product "hits"?

Was just curious if anyone is aware of any site or database that someone much smarter than me has created to track the hits of higher end product? It would be kind of cool to know when the main cards of a certain product like National Treasures have been exhausted or what still might remain out there lurking. Obviously it wouldn't be all inclusive as I'm sure many don't see the light of day after being pulled for some time.
