Higley Copper Coin Thoughts?

This got emailed over to me today. I am still waiting on info on weight, etc. My assumption is that it is not authentic but I am curious what the copper specialists here think. This is not in my wheelhouse at all. In fact, I had never heard of a Higley.

    But still pretty cool IMO. I wouldn't kick that one out of ahem the token box!

    It is a commonly seen cast copy. I believe it a copy of the Norweb specimen.
