Mystery Card Boxes Legitimacy ?

Any one ever buy one of these box sets? I was looking on Pristine Auction and I have included a link to the site. I have heard of these various types of mystery boxes. They seem like a good deal but what are the legitimacy of them? I know the risk of buying anything online, but these boxes seem popular. They seem to be graded by PSA or Beckett.
