How can I report a seller for selling me a "fake" Mario Lemiuex RC?

Hello, I recently ordered a Lemiuex rookie card from a card seller on kijjiji. He was advertising that the card was in mint condition and well worth $160. I got the card and thought that I would have it graded through KSA. They sent the card back as a fake! I gave the seller a message mentioning that I'm aware that I've been sold a fake but he hasn't responded. I also mentioned that he's fraudulently selling fake hockey cards on the Internet and that he'll eventually get caught. Is there any way I can report this seller for selling me a fake rookie card?

Go to google search and type: "Report a seller to kijjiji and maybe something will pop up that can help you.
Or try typing: kijiji help desk.
I'm not familiar with that selling platform but did you pay via PayPal? If so, dispute the transaction. If you used a credit card, report it to the cc company so they can put the transaction on hold until they figure out what's going on

What the hell is "kijjiji"?
I think it’s a Canadian version of craigslist.
Was gonna say. Sounds like a Japanese porn site.

So they put it in a holder as a fake card?? What does front label state??
It all depends how you paid for it... I hope you didn't send cash, money order, etc.
Why in sweet hell would KSA encapsulate a fake card??

Can you show the front??

Yes, show the front already. This got me curious as heck.

Hiya jas
I pulled this from the website of your sales platform.
Best of luck dealing with them.
We could send one of our best "hitman" over to take care of this? But, that would be an international incident involving collusion and conspiracy and we're already under indictment.
Please check out the front pic of the card that KSA labeled the fake card as "counterfeit"
Thanks Mike! I'll be contacting kijji to make a complaint against this seller. I might also contact the anti fraud squad!

OMG, that is the craziest and coolest thing I've seen. It's like they kicked you in the nuts and after you fell, they took your wallet.
Sorry this happened to you. Hopefully you paid with a CC or PayPal and can get your money back.
What the heck is going on with the surface near the top left corner?
Even if this were real, it would be a PSA 1. This whole situation is just a disaster.

Here is your:
1st mistake: Kijiji
2nd mistake: Kijiji purchases should be inspected in person, if it ain't local, forget it
3rd mistake: KSA is a JOKE TPG, They might have given that card anywhere from 7.5 - 9, when your front scan looks like a 1.
I've got some nice stuff on Kijiji but there are so many scammers and just plain idiots on there. Generally a waste of time.
Did the person selling the card have pictures of both sides of the card?? If so, based on what ever is going on on the top left, definitely not mint. I take it you did not see or buy the card in person??
If your card was sent via the Canadian postal service they may help.
That is mail fraud.
In the USA the USPS can step in. However for $160 only (big fish out there) you might have trouble.
Good luck
