N3: Evidence of Recoloration

Just had an order pop with one card getting this. Does PSA indicate where the recoloration may be on the card when it returns? Or am I supposed to guess? I bought the card raw on eBay and would like to be able to point it out to the seller should I decide to go that route.

That's one I haven't received, but would doubt they indicate where it was observed. If you have a blacklight it should be pretty obvious. Also check along the edges, there's usually bleed through from wherever it was touched up. What set was it from?
A super bright flashlight behind the card might show you the area too.
It was a 2018 Topps Mother’s Day Pink card
That would seem to be a bizarre choice of sets to recolor.
ETA: I'm pretty careful with black borders to watch out for recolor, but wouldn't even think to check on one of those. Attempts to touch up white are usually very obvious.
They are rare cards, serial numbered /50. I’ll probably check it out and resub.
Got a good scan?
Card had a dimple too so I didn’t think it would grade above a 9 anyways.
They do not indicate where it has been recolored. I had one come back the same. 1992 Pinnacle Michael Irvin. I didn't bother to look because the card is so cheap. Being black-bordered I'm sure it was the right call
