    What part of: basically the same untoned quarter that graded the exact same MS65 at PCGS went fron no sticker to gold sticker at CAC did you miss?

    Based on the images provided, the appearance of the coin looked very different, post-dip. I can easily understand CAC's change in its' assessment.

    Just saw the coin in hand a couple of days ago (post dip, of course). Hard to imagine that anyone who grades coins for a living, and has seen more than one Washington Quarter, would not grade this one better than 65.
