Porzingis accused of rape

The woman reportedly told police she waited more than a year to come forward because she had discussed getting $68,000 from Porzingis to keep quiet.

    Supposedly, all teams, Knicks and Mavs, were aware at time of trade- so Cuban must be confident he is innocent.

    Rarely see big name NBA stars do significant jail time, ala Kobe with the same charge.

    True, but after what Cuban and the Mavs went through last year, I doubt he would trade for him unless he believed he was innocent, not just going to get off.
