Anyone have any information on this cent there's a date 1882 on Lincoln's chin.

It almost looks like there is a scratch along the hairline, maybe what you are seeing is another area where someone altered the coin. At any rate you would be looking at PMD. The mint wouldn't have put 1882 on a coin in 1929.
Whatever you're seeing is PMD.
