Definitely a reprint, says so right on the bottom of the back of the card. Seen some exactly like it on eBay and they don't sell for very much.
Probably a privately made reprint as there is no date and/or copyright information on it.

IMO, the "gold sig" is part of the reprint - i.e. not a real sig.
Found a guy on eBay with a stack - selling them for 7.50 each.
