The Mint Mark appears to be over another Mint Mark is this a Mint Error ? I couldn't find anything in searching.

Tried your link it says not found
Looks like it might be a random shape in the discoloring area around the date & mint mark.
Many RPM's for the date, you may have one but you would need to be able to see it much clearer.
Diamond2020. You've been asking about errors for a little while. By now you should have bookmarked variety vista, Wexler s Doubled die, and error-ref. Read and study those sites, then next time you think you found something, check there first. Then come here if you need additional help. You'll also learn the minting process which will help you sort out most of the damaged coins you're finding. Hope this helps
