Ebay Glitch???

So I was searching for completed listings of 1984 Topps Mike Schmidt PSA and find a PSA 9 that shows $10k. Go into the listing and it shows $4.99. It should be the 5th one down. Is anyone else seeing this or is it just a glitch on my end?

When I type the item number into flippertools it shows $10,000. Usually, on a best offer (which the one bid says this is) the final price on eBay will show the original asking price. I guess this was a best offer on a non buy-it-now item? Why it supposedly sold for $10,000....more of the Uribe phenomenon?

Or perhaps the $10,000 was just a phony best offer and the item was re-listed?
