If it's a problem-free AU, yes, that's a good price.

With Cents 1883s are significantly scarcer than the No Cents variety.

Something is wrong with coin to be sold that low. Cleaned or polished no doubt . Post a picture of it?

By buying it at low price did that not raise any red flags as to why?
