PSA/DNA sub question?

I haven't been a card collector but I do collect a ton a Redskins stuff. When I attened events that I know certain players will be attending, I would jump on ebay and purchase a few random cards and print of some 8×10s to get auto'd.

Now that Im a CC member and getting into this grading thing, Im putting together a pretty big sub of in person autos.

I have a couple of questions that I didnt see the answer to on the PSA webpage so I hope yall dont mind me asking here.

*Question 1:

Would you send in provedence, ie coa from paid signing, pics of in person signing, etc, with the sub?

*Question 2, and 2(b):

If a card has 2 signatures are the fees doubled?
(b) If so, what if the card is signed twice by the same player? For example this Moss in person signature,
he signed on the Jets side and Skins side, each with his respective jersey number?

*Question 3 and 3(a):

I see the address for PSA and PSA/DNA submissions are different. Is that just for internal (in the building) or is it actually different physical addresses?
(a)Im asking, which probably seems like a dumb question, but just wondering if i can mail in, on seperate submission forms but in the same shipping container, a sub to PSA and a sub to PSA/DNA?

*Question 4, 4(a) and 4(b):

Being new here, Im not familiar with the monthly, now quarterly specials history. Has PSA/DNA had a history offering specials on dual (card and auto) grading?
(a) Have the offered bulk pricing in the past?
(b) If so, what ever the details, (ie minimum about submitting, cost per item)?
