Wave impact on grade ? Bradshaw rc

So this Bradshaw rc has a light scratch or print flaw near his cheek but more concerning is the wave. This card has a bend to it, but it is not created or damaged, just has an unnatural bow. How will this impact the grade? Predictions on the grade ?

    A 5 at worst? Does it lay flat on the table?

    A curve or bow usually has no impact on the grade. Your wavy bow however may be more scrutinized because I've seen cards just like that after they've been soaked.
