Okay folks...I give!..this is about as confusing as it gets for newbie..one auction says this 13c with red 20 over mark sold for $1500 in October...but I saw it on eBay for less than $10..what kinda shenanigans is this?..am I just missing something?..
please advise me on this kinda deal..

Is the eBay one real? Have you confirmed that one actually sold for $1500?
In any case, yours are not the same so those other answers don't apply. (Yours could be common, or rarer than the red overprint - I have no idea). If you are looking to sell, contact a major stamp auction house and they will take it from there.
