How can I get my green bean?

This coin was submitted to CAC, then slabbed by PCGS previous to me purchasing it. The Cert Number is on the CAC website, but the coin has no bean. I am not currently a CAC member and according to the website they are not accepting new members. How can I get the bean that this coin should already have on it?

Call CAC and ask?
Or find a dealer or someone you know with an account and have them submit for you.

Thank you. I wonder if they will charge me for the submission since it is already certified by them
Apparently what happened is after the "initial" grading of this 1936-D San Diego commemorative by PCGS at MS66, it was submitted to CAC and determined to merit the CAC. Subsequently, the owner of the coin sent it to PCGS for variety attribution, and that is now why the PCGS label has it as 1936-D/D, QDO & RPM FS-101. However, since the grade and cert number remained unchanged, the CAC fee to re-apply the sticker is only $3, plus shipping. I suggest on the CAC admission form you should state that the label/slab is new due to the variety attribution, and make sure you check the box “Reapply - $3”. It's a lovely coin. Enjoy!!!!!!
