Do y’all get a lot of these?

I was wondering if over here, you card folks get tons of newbie posts like this, usually with super zoom pics:

Check out this rare error! It is autographed even! How much is it worth?!?

Over in the US coin forum we are inundated with posts of coins run over in parking lots or from the garbage disposal, and the author thinks they are going to be rich.

Do you encounter similar phenomena?

To be honest Aspie? Not that much.

People who come here are pretty familiar with he hobby and collecting.

If they're returning about the only advice I like to "remind" a collector has to do with reinforcing the idea of focus and budget which I wish I had drilled in my head when I started 30 yrs ago.

I have talked to the owner at my LCS about this sort of thing. He says he gets a few people every week that bring him a box of cards from the junk era hoping to become rich. They think because the cards are 30 years old they are sitting on a goldmine. He has to burst their bubble. I don't see too much of that going on here.
