This card vexes me

I'm terribly vexed. ( One bonus point if you can tell me what movie this line is from š)
This is an uncut mini refractor version of the regular sized 1997 Bowman's best refractor. The card is identical to the standard issue sans the size obviously. I cannot find any info on it anywhere.
The seller said that she thinks it's a pro bowl issue however the pro Bowl issues for this card are Jumbo's. There is no mention of a mini on Beckett. If anyone has any info on this, that would be awesome and very much appreciated.

Good call. I wonder if PSA would slab it or even recognize it for that matter?
Unlikely, but if you could provide enough info on it there's a chance. I'm not having any luck finding a sell sheet for that set, but have a couple for other years of baseball.
