Is it true that currency was cut open with razor blades?
" the lack of EPQ due to a 1mm razor knick in the top margin. I measured. PMG is notorious for this and although I can see their point, to a degree, it is punitive in cases like this where the note is obviously a slam dunk 66 otherwise.
Even in this era it was customary to use razor knives to cut the bricks from thier respective wrappings. I would have never noticed 90% of these knicks if it were not for submitting to PMG."
