Neat coin surprise!
It's always fun when you 'discover' something new about a coin in your collection. I just received a nice CBH in the mail. The coin was nicely photographed, but with no additional information other than it was graded PCGS XF-45 and with a green CAC sticker.
When the coin arrived, it was just as nice as I expected. What was not mentioned, yet on the label, was that it was from the Peterson Collection (somebody well known to CBH die marriage nuts). That was a nice bonus.
I then decided to check to see if a TrueView exists as I have several coins that I later discovered has TVs done and I was not aware.
So ... not only has a TrueView been taken, there are two TV images. One looks to be a 'raw' image and the other is bit more of a glamour shot.
Here is the 'before make-up' shot ...
And here is the glamour shot ...
The 'in hand' appearance is closer to the final TV image (bottom), but the TV has just a tad more color.
