For those of you who complain about PCGS "order logged in/received" times!

I sent an early bird order to NGC. (Equivalent of Standard here)
They signed for them and it then took 15 business days, (21 calendar days), to log them in as received. They then charged me for the full order amount the day they were logged in. It is easy to hit the 12 working days estimate when you don't log the coins in for 15 working days!!!
PCGS is much faster and only charges you AFTER they are graded and slabbed.

Oh man, I've got one just getting there now.
Collector, occasional seller
On one hand It's called using your money! Great idea to generate mo profit.
On the other, it may be the way that TPGS set up their billing procedure.
Anyone know how the two major TPGS's handle refunds for no decisions?
Since Skip @Insider2 is here, when I sent an order to him a few months ago, they signed for them on a Monday, and they shipped them back to me that Thursday, charging me once they were actually shipped. That was also "standard" service level. He shafted me on a few of the grades though!
PCGS does not bill until after grading. So no decisions are not billed in the first place?
IMO PCSG’s billing department is on the ball.
I had submitted a few coins last month and forgot about this quarters special. Four coins for the price of three (featuring a President). I was expecting to pay for the full amount but was happy to see they only charged for three for every four submitted.
Yay, PCGS !!!
