unless things turn around drastically, it looks like this may be it for Felix Hernandez. he has a 16 ERA this spring and cant seem to get anyone out. he has declined significantly since 2014 and is in the last year of his contract. Mś also announced he will not be the opening day starter. For a time, it appeared he was on a HOF track.

Vavoom was washed up years ago.
he certainly showed flashes of greatness but he has been mediocre for most of his career. there were maybe 5-6 really good seasons and the rest near or under .500 and the HOF won't come calling for that. I think the biggest problem has been an entire career spent in the wrong city.
