    It looks like machine/strike doubling. It kinda looks like there is a little on the bottom of the 8 too.
    If it is on the 8 then it's not a RPM. If it's on both it could be a doubled die but it looks more like MD.

    Thanks , Kinda new to this since Oct past. Is there a site that shows all the terms , as in the PMD, MD, CAC I need to study this. Hey, thanks for the look and tell. David
