1864 Small Motto 2 Cent piece... A little help?

I understand the pictures are terrible and I apologize for that. These were from my cell phone. A friend showed me this as a small motto variety. The Coin does have some slight corrosion and overall vg or vf details.
The price guide indicates that these are pretty scarce. I guess my question is do many people collect these in this sort of condition? Does the coin have value just being genuine?
Is it treated like an obscure Morgan Vam and only relevant to a small number of folks?
Lastly, can you confirm from these pics that it is in fact the small motto?

Yes, it's the small motto and yes it does appear to have environmental damage.
That said, it still has value as there are many collectors who may not be able to afford a problem-free example that would love to have one of these in their type sets.
Edited to add that I think it has better details than you think. I'd say XF details at a minimum.

I sold a similar condition 1864 SM on eBay a few months ago for $160
Agree that it's a small motto and no, this isn't some obscure VAM. It's a major variety and in demand despite the condition.
Thanks so far for the information. I have an option to buy it but did not want to commit knowing next to nothing at the time.
