Does PSA still send you paper submission forms when you join?

Recently joined again because of several Mahomes cards to send in, printer is not working
so hoping PSA still sends out paper submission forms.
Otherwise have to go to the library and use a computer and printer.

    Best break out your library card because they no longer use paper forms except for free Set Regisrty Subs.
