2019 Topps Series 1 misprint?

So I picked up a jumbo hobby today, and have a few cards looking like this:

There’s 3, but this is by far the worst. Would this count as a misprint? Would it be graded as such? Thanks!

It would grade as a crease.

Definitely something went wrong in the printing process, but it won't be graded as such unless both

• there are other copies with the same printing error, and
• it gets enough notoriety to be documented in one of the major guides
