I believe this has been struck true with grease...……..is it good to be graded PCGS...……………………

    Looks like a beat up corroded coin.

    Keep looking, you may find something worth grading.

    In the meantime, you may want to get some coin books to study. If you are collecting Canadian coins, Haxby is a good start.

    Correction: Question, would this be struck thru cloth.

    No, It is corroded and has been whizzed to clean it. ( Dremel Tool / Wire Wheel )
