I posted in your other thread that this appears to be the generation holder that had the barcode on the reverse.
In honor of the memory of Cpl. Michael E. Thompson
Cut and paste from the other thread and I added a link to the PCGS cert. I am a bit concerned about that slab.
Hmm, this actually concerns me unless it's a problem on the databank side of PCGS.
The cert lookup includes the JNDA number and the border variety (ie type I with border). https://pcgs.com/cert/02764295://
I'm not sure exactly when PCGS started adding the JNDA and the type of border, but it's a more recent phenomenon AND both bits of information are included on the front of the label. If it's in the database with the 'border' designator I can't imagine it would not be on the slab's label.
I am far from an expert in the slab types but this is odd to me.
Some HA links showing how the label information...

A slab like that one, but the font and spacing are different...

And something in between, older but with the barcode on the front. Notes the variety (type 1) but does not include the border type information on the label.

Thank you both for your help !!!
Looks good to me. I have a few slabs from the same time (7 digit cert, starting with 27xxxxx), and the text looks consistent with the pictured slab.
My Type Set
Yup, bar code is on the back. Thank you all !!!
