Question About Bulk Submissions

Can you still submit through the online form? I don't see a bulk option anymore when I start a submission. Does it automatically drop the price to the bulk rate when you reach 100 cards? I tried entering 100 of a card to test it and it still was showing $20 per.

I figured it out. I hadn't renewed my CC membership yet. Guess I'll have to do that first. I was planning on doing so anyways.
