Reholdering a psa graded card. 1975 topps george brett psa 8

hello I have a 1975 topps psa 8 George brett rookie that has the top left hand corner that is cracked and starting to open. the psa #04648790. what kind of steps do I need to make to get the card reholdered in a new case. I do not have a psa membership. any info would be great.

    Just go online like you would to submit any cards and it has an option to REHOLDER. Cost 8.00 plus the 15ish shipping back. So its best to sub a few cards if you have others as the shipping is expensive.
    Just a basic sub just put select reholder and insert your cert # where asked. And mail it to them Also I do not think you need to be a member
