Hard to find Roosies PCGS in MS-66

Looking for 70's, 80's and 90's P & D's I don't understand how these are so hard to find when they're not a high dollar coin. Specifically 90 P & D thru 95 P & D and the early 2000's P & D's Can anybody point me in the direction ?

    I would try to find rolls and submit myself. Maybe you found an untapped value? Else go to the mint sets. Hard to believe they are not common.
