Type in the term 'Gordian III antoninianus' into eBay's search engine. You will see quite a few similar coins. You may not find this exact type, but similar.
Also look at the coin posted by IVB. The piece he posted is quite a bit nicer than yours.
IMHO, if you spend the money on third party grading, I do not think you will get your grading fee money back at any future sale. Your coin is certainly a historic collectible, just not likely to be a big value item.

No, it is an ancient Roman Coin.
I believe it is a silver antoninianus of Gordian III about 240 A.D.
The portrait is correct, the written legends are hard to read.
