About 15 years ago, I attended the Long Beach show and was able to stop by several local shops too
One such shop in Pasadena had a small but interesting array of currency things for sale. Many were common circulated notes and upon asking further, the elderly owner held up his hand and departed the room.

Soon he returned holding this tattered old sheet in a broken holder. It obviously needed to be in a holder to retain as many parts as possible
:)
He then tells me that Amon Carter used to carry this sheet of notes around in his pants pocket - and we break out laughing at how cavalier an action that is. I'm a sucker for a good story, so had to have it!

Okay, he may not have actually used it as a handkerchief, but it hasn't had much better handling than one@!
