PCGS website set registry dashboard tab error?

Has anyone had any luck seeing the new dashboard link feature just under the set registry tab?
All that I see is this with both Chrome or Edge browser. Can someone in IT department help? I have sent requests but no answers?

@Goldminers Are you referring to this navigation link?
When you click on it, you get the error page? Are you signed in on pcgs.com or not? Can you get to https://www.pcgs.com/setregistry directly by typing in the URL into your browser? I may have to test using your account, which I can look up by email address if you want to private message me.
