    Ah...the good old "Mutton Chop" hairdo !

    The archives have many letters signed by Spinner - all with the same distinctive signature.

    (PS: Since the note is for half a dollar, is that whey there is half a person on it? Did the quarter dollar notes have a quarter person on them out of an excess of logic?)
