Newest PSA Holders....Less Wiggle Room?

Has anyone else noticed that the newest PSA holders seem to fit cards a bit more snugly? I noticed it on the last submission I got back, and have continued to notice it with purchases of recently graded cards. I guess it’s better for cards not being able to move around in transit, but it doesn’t seem to leave much margin for slight size variations of cards.
