Mystery - 70s (?) Patriots/Irish Spring Issue

Anyone have any idea what year these were issued and/or a checklist of those included? Suspecting somewhere in the 1973-75 range, but not confirmed.
I'm having trouble finding any reference material on these other than this example.
Size: 5x7
Back: Blank
Front: Name/Position is a sticker adhered to the item. No idea if issued this way, or added later.
Possible this was from a team set or could be players from other teams.

Cool card/photo...I really like odd ball items like these....I will be following along on this thread to see if someone has any history on these..
That's interesting. I tried my own googling and found nothing. I even tried to see if I could find a John Hannah irish spring connection. My thoughts were perhaps he endorsed them and it was from some sort of meet and greet he did. I still think that is most likely . Because if it were a series they put out, we would surely have knowledge of it.
