Is this a Hard Time Token? If so, what number and any value?

Civil War Token? Does the H mintmark mean Heaton Mint? (Birmingham Mint)

TIA.

Top is not a Hard Times Token as it's a 1844 Henry Clay Presidential Political Campaign Medalete - Dewitt HC-1844-33

Bottom is a 1863 George Washington Wilson's Medal Civil War Token Fuld-112/396a and the H is for New York City diesinker Charles D. Horter not the Heaton Mint.

Both are very common and based on condition are worth under $10 each.
