A book I've always wanted!!
I am 18 years old. I collect EAC, and love toned coins. Toned Morgans, and pretty much any toned 20th century type. I have a thing for toned Roosevelt's and Morgans. My goal as far as collecting goals, is to reach in the Top 5 All Time Finest PCGS Registry for my Roosevelt Dime set, and to purchase an MS 1794 Head of 94 Large Cent. I LOVE the 1794 Apple Cheek PCGS MS67 RB Large Cent. I know the owner, and hopefully one day in my lifetime I can purchase the coin. I also like some different slabs, such as Rattlers, Regency Holders, and NGC Blacks. I always keep an eye out of White Rattler Holders. I have owned one WRH, but sold it because the label was fading in color. Since then, I have been searching for one with a fully white insert.
I think it's also a good idea to post my ultimate goal in numismatics... I am an aspiring grader. The initial reason I chose that I wanted to one day become a grader is because I LOVE looking at fresh new coins that I haven't seen. Even if it's a VF common date Indian Head Cent. No two coins are the same, and there is always more to learn about coins. I have always wanted to grade specifically for PCGS, just because I know PCGS' grading standards a bit better than ATS I think. Also, I like the blue labels.
Gee, I feel self-centered after that! Let's hear from some other young'ns! It's true, YN's truly are the future of the hobby. Many collectors and dealers say that the hobby & business will die out soon, but the thought really breaks my heart. So many great people in the hobby, and you'll always find a coin that you like, they never run out.
Good luck to all the youngsters!
Your thread title says "16" or under but the body of your note says "18" or under... In either case, thanks for encouraging the younger folks to get into the hobby.
Generous and very useful give away
18 and under. Corrected. thanks.

I'm dyslexic, so do I qualify as being "81 & under "?
Seriously, though, kudos on your giveaway & looking forward to reading everyones' responses!
you shouldn't be grading tomatoes, let alone coins.
I did spend a summer grading tomatoes at a packing plant when I was a teenager. Many people don't know they are picked and shipped while still green. After seeing so many worms it took years for me to be able to eat them again.

I'm surprised nobody wants a free Coin Grading Guide!

Very generous and a nice way to encourage the up and coming generation to participate in the forums. Good luck to the participants.

Helpful give away for new young collectors
Probably not a lot of under 18 YNs who are logged in (let alone registered) to see it.
For my niece & nephew:
Twins: 14 years old
They collect States quarters.
goals: for me to give them some of my collection.
seriously, they are visiting from Detroit, and they could really use this
BHNC #203
If we can enter for others, my 16 year old brother would be thrilled to have something like this to help his collection! He has ADHD but his coins are one of the few things that he can sit quietly with and focus on.
If we can't enter for others, totally understandable and a very very generous gift nonetheless!
Entries on behalf of others are acceptable, but they have a better chance if they answer the questions themselves.

From my brother:
Age:16
What I collect: State quarter's, pre 1964 Washington's and walking liberty half dollars
My future collecting goals: I want to fill my quarter Whitman albums and then try to fill my walking liberty album, but that might be a bit expensive
Thanks so much for the opportunity!

BTW cool YN giveaway!
I am 17 years old 👍. I collect mostly 19th century and early 20th century U.S. coins but I prefer gold coins. My goal for collecting is to get a $10 gold Indian eagle 👍
