1999 New Jersey state quarter oddities

I have a 1999 New Jersey state quarter that is 2 different colors. One side looks like an ordinary quarter but on the reverse side it's a coppery bronze color on the other side. It doesnt weigh the same as average quarters. I need some help on finding out what's going on with this odd coin?
